As from early 2021, I have focussed on improving and consolidating the most popular of these web pages.
I have archived the other pages. Here is a list. Please note that they will be deleted after three years - i.e. from 2024. So please take copies if you think you may need access to them after then.

Energy and Transport Regulation
The regulators of the energy, railway and airline industries currently operate much more like government departments than independent regulators.
- Energy regulation is dominated by climate change policy.
- Railway franchises ended during the COVID-19 pandemic when the government assumed responsibility for almost all railway policy, as well as the industry's losses
- Airport regulation is now dominated by debates about the Third Heathrow Runway
I have accordingly stopped updating the energy and transport pages on this website. But you can, if you wish, access an archive by following these links. With minor exceptions, they represent the state of this regulation as of the summer of 2020.
