The following pages, edited by Shreya Jha, provide further detail about Indian legislation.
- The first page describes the evolution of Indian competition law through to the Competition Act of 2002.
- The second describes the nature of the Competition Commission of India and compares it with competition authorities in other jurisdictions.
- Shreya has also written an interesting article about dawn raids and firm's access to legal advice.
